The start of a epic journey.

OK so the title is a bit dramatic  :-) but last night we had a going away party up in Louise house, It was a great night as all our friends came and it was funny to see the different groups interacting ,I only got about 3 r 4 hours sleep all the same so I’m paying for it today, It really hit home last night that i won’t be going over with them for the whole holiday, i would do anything to go for the 11 weeks, Its going to be so strange not seeing Louise for 6 weeks, especially as we have seen so much of each other lately, Ah sure I’m sure the time will fly by like it always dose.

Anyway I’ve stated to train out my friends gym , he knows so much about weights and all the different exercises for the different muscles, my arms are killing me after the 3 hour work out we had on Wednesday, So watch this space as im going to be like one of them lads from that Film 300 in a few months , haha for anyone who knows me im sure your on the floor at this stage
